Henry, I believe this information was up to date through March.

If you have more info regarding the distribution agreements, maybe you can post here.

Also, QLT is buying back one-half million of its shares from AHP.

They then plan to spin off another 2 million (?) or so shares as a result. How will this effect the share price in the short and long term?
