what do you see RMBS stock doing for the remainder of this year. Do you have an expected high price for 1999?

jmac,
thank you for the kind words.
i carefully try to avoid stock price questions. i have often admitted that i am not a good trader. i am 110% convinced that rambus is a sure winner.
the one prediction that i have often made is that the years 2001-2002 will be huge for rmbs. i expect a significant run-up from here into 2001. we will have 8 dram mfrs in full rdram mass production by the first of the year. they represent over 90% of the industry capacity. samsung has made their production plan announcement, we have 7 more to go. it would not surprise me to see those seven announcements combined with the sept 27 release of camino and the october release of coppermine generate a quick double or better.
over the next few weeks we get the full marketing muscle of intel, dell and all the other oems flexing rambus. dell said they expect their customers to "demand rambus". i believe them.
notice that the shorts have given up on the rambus costs more theme. the current price increase in sdram is incredibly perfect timing for us. at the rate sdram price is currently going up, it may be more expensive than rambus on sept 27.
