Well, I asked Don Caron about the block trade... today and he could not offer any reason for it. He did state that they are looking for financing in the 3 to 5 million dollar range. Probably around this price. Forgot to ask which brokerage house they were going to use. :( Keep the hype down for this one for a little longer as this is a definite accumulation period for the next few trading days. Not much in terms of offers on the board so liquidity is a definite issue. Should improve with the imminent news of financing. Makes you wonder why they would cross at a dollar when it was trading at 90 cents, for tax purposes or is someone's palm getting greased. Trade was through Canaccord so it is a legitimate question.
