It seems to be ready to go, 4 breakouts: - positive 30 days MA - positive 50 days MA - negative 8/17/0 week MACD - positive 12/20/6 day momentum P/E only 5.6; EPS $0.15; market cap 13 mln; price / sales 0.9; outstanding 15.55 mln; float 6.1 mln.; debt / equity 0.45; cash /share $0.02; What is holding it down? Is it low volume (85K)? The average 3 monthly volume is 50K. What am I missing here? Isn't ZICA overheated by comparison? Thanks (PS. I'm learning, may have drawn wrong conclusions).
