I think the technical side looks good. Given the 4 million + volume, representing 10 % float, at an avg. price of 17 1/2 since the St. Denis announcement, plus the large institutional holdings of over 60 % and 3rd quarter portfolio marking / fund disclosure coming up, there is a lot of updraft. The volume in my opinion was not mainly traders. Longs like the talk of a $1.5 billion market (vs. Wind's $100+ today). I suspect a lot of shorts bailed out last week. With the analyst upgrades last week, plus all the above, we could see some momentum players getting involved as well. I think we'll hit 20 very soon and onward to 30 in early 2000.

Sincerely,
Ben
