DD, I don't know anything about the stock you are talking about. The only think I don't like is the possibility, and I think it is high, for companies to do a RS along with mergers. If a reporting shell is worth 1/2 to a million bucks, with 29,000,000 shares o/s trading at 4 cents, that already gives them a market cap of over a million. Maybe I'm wrong, correct me. TIA! KZAP
