Should I point out to you that Italian parsley and cilantro aren't the same thing at all? I don't want to spoil a good rant . . . . Italian parsley has flat leaves like cilantro, but it tastes like parsley. Cilantro is sometimes called Chinese parsley, and it tastes sort of like a wet wool sweater.
