I agree that GRIN is trading well lately. News of the massive insider sales should increase volatility.

But I'm very confused by the point you made:

After Aug's runup, management has picked up some bucks to continue their acquisition strategy.

Weren't these sales for the benefit of individuals, not GRIN? Grand Toys did not receive an infusion of cash from any of the sales; individual shareholders received the cash.

I could very well be confused on this matter. But for GRIN to have benefitted from the August runnup, wouldn't they (meaning Grand Toys) had to have issued a secondary stock offering?
