I can confirm that in the case of a court mandated split of Microsoft shares, the leap would be split the same way proportionally that the shares are. Actually, a new leap will be created to replace the old one, and this new leap will represent shares in all 3 companies. Of course, this assumes that shareholders get shares of all three companies, which is not necesarily the case.
