No massive promo until the bank can function -- all they will do is alienate customers. There are other problems beside slow servers -- I've had payments not made and very poor execution from NTBK getting things corrected -- including e-mails saying "don't worry we'll take care of it" and then nothing is done. Multiple screw-ups with atm cards 3 didn't work) and account openings. I too wish I had opened the account before I bought the stock.

This is no doubt all from too fast growth, but if it continues all the marketing in the world won't keep the customers.

Also what happened to the "e-mail the ceo feature"? That came down pretty quick, no doubt because he got tired of hearing all the unfiltered complaints about bad service.
