I was referring to an article about the upcoming Windows2000 and it's DDNS implementation. The article mentioned that Windows2000 will handle DNS within their directory and also if mixed with UNIX, Windows2000 would require itself to "take control over DNS" service.

They don't mention a thing about NDS or Novell and/or how DNS/DHCP is handled within the directory - the remarks started from this minor oversight of the author. I tend to cheerlead some about NDS I know but at least a mention? Then again, they don't mention any other product so... :)

ps - you have any links to material for "object" routing on the web which you find to be well worth the time? Any good books? This is routing above the Transport-Session layer or at these layers and above? I'm very curious :)
