Samsung has long been in China selling CDMA basestations. engineer, I don't understand what you could mean by this. Has China, or Great Wall or Unicom been buying CDMA basestations, even in the absence (before Spring 1999) of any intention, or authority from MII, to build out a CDMA wireless network?
