As for your order, I did you a favor and looked into it. As I told you it was the only one that came in and they would not be filling it. I got no more response to my inquiry then that, sorry.
As to why they did not tell you sooner, I don't know that one either, but I agree it was the incorrect way to handle any customer (but that's not my concern, as I am often told.)
"Why can't you just fill the order and ship it?" Well, all I can say is don't count on it. (See above comment.)
As for my phone number, LOL, well lets just say I have caller ID.
As for the "Frank J. Landi in San Diego real estate and your father one and the same?", all I can say is not that I know of, but then again, I guess anything is possible now isn't it!?
As for the rest of your questions, I have no idea, I only oversee the web site and post what they ask me to. (Don't bother to e-mail the company about it either, it will only come to me and get filed to a disk.)
