More details on Telia debacle.. teledotcom.com The problem, CISCO can not deliver a complete solution to a small telecom provider. No network support, design and maintainance skills. As a result they are faltering badly. That is where LU comes in. Cisco may deny this. Without factual data, people don't write a long article with several testimonials.
