I didn't know you went up to Monterey, one of my favorite places. I love Pacific Grove and the Green Gables Inn. I love the 17 mile drive and Pebble Peach I love Big Sur and Nepthines (sp). I love Cannery Row (remember it before they turned it into a tourist site.) I love the Aquarium. I have a lot of very fond memories of that area. I am talking myself into a little jaunt. I do not think it weird or strange that you joined your wife for a reunion. More than likely the comments came from those that were envious that their spouses would not join them, or they had no spouse. Better a Tigger than Eyore, attaching the tail could have been hysterical. ~Sarkie
