Please, not INTUIT.

I waited several years to make a decent profit on INTU (at times down >50%) and when I got out I put the money into CKFR with a average price of 8 1/2. From that perspective this volatility isn't nearly so painful, but I'm much more comfortable with CKFR's future than with INTU. While INTU has so far been able to fend off competition in the PF market, the online/electronic financial services landscape is getting much broader and I'm not sure they have deep enough pockets to make it through the inevitable shakeouts. CKFR's barriers to entry are a well-fortified castle surrounded by deep moats. With the way the billers, portals and banks are signing up it doesn't look like there's enough competition to mount an effective seige.
