Opinions on oil puts?

I suspected a decline in oil prices when that Saudia Arabian prince
bought a 5% stake in TWA a few weeks back. I figured there must be a good reason for him to buy into a business so dependant on fuel prices, and who if not a Saudi would know where oil prices are heading?
But I wasn't really familiar enough with futures to feel comfortable jumping in. It seems that the oil companies have taken quite a beating lately. Oil prices are at a low. I think the whole oil industry will continue to be bearish. I'd like to hear some opinions from people more familiar with this area. There may still be much money to make on the downside.
