Bill Presentation, Payment, Ledger, Reconciliation

The pieces are available (or soon to be), but no company has yet to wrap the services up into one package. I wonder if AOL/Intuit/CKFR is close.

Presentation - the process starts here. Send all my bills to my favorite portal.

Payment - allow me, at the click of a mouse, to pay the bill and record the transaction in a ledger (like Quicken). Also, allow payment of bills sent via snail mail from the same site.

Ledger - a record of transactions such as provided by Quicken

Reconcilication - an *automated* process to match the ledger entries to what has actually cleared at my local bank. The local bank is required for deposits, cash and signature guarantees.

For me manual reconciliation is a pain and takes around half an hour to reconcile upwards of 50 transactions each month.

I currently pay bills via Quicken/CKFR. The payment and ledger function are present. There is no presentation or automated reconciliation.

Yahoo provides payment, but no presentation, ledger or reconciliation. Presentation will be coming, but will they provide a ledger?

The reported Intuit/AOL combination would seem to be the best positioned alliance to provide 3 of the 4 functions - presentation, payment and ledger. I'd be happy to pay extra for an on-line version of Quicken. How does automated reconciliation get tied in? Does OFX provide the tool?
