"Let's see it from the bad guy's point of view". I don't want to offend anyone, but that policy has been in place ever since the Jehovah Witnesses and the ACLU 'persuaded' the Supreme Court that schools should not require students to confess their conscience (or loyalty) by saying "The Pledge of Allegiance". It seems to me that loyalty should be a requirement of all citizens.
