CNN Chooses Wegener/DiviCom for International Links
IBC, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Wegener Corporation (Nasdaq: WGNR - news) announced it has received an order from Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. for ENVOY encoders/modulators, UNITY4422 IRD's and DiviCom (Nasdaq: CUBE - news) digital video encoders. This equipment will be utilized by Turner Broadcasting System for CNN video links to Atlanta from London, Moscow, and Jerusalem, plus digital satellite newsgathering activities.
