Note that an independent source released the test results.

Also note the many times that a process works fine in a lab, when the right feedstock is used, and the right conditions are applied. Then in the real world, the thing fails. Toups seems to have the most impressive labs in the world.

But in the real world waste stream, will undoubtedly be catalysts that reverse the process and lower the energy yield.
