easy regis... you're going to get that kind of response from 99% of the "investors" you ask about MRV... why? because they haven't taken the time to look at the true value of the company and are doing nothing but regurgitating info from other information sources which are WAY behind in the learning curve. it's only their "perception" because that's the limited info they've read about this company.... let's take this information and seriously dissect it... what i see is that MRV has done a poor job in marketing (no new news here) not only to their prospective companies, but also to the financial community. sharing info in a timely, concise manner is hardly MRV's nature. we are just now beginning to see a company willing to enhance shareholder value by sharing with others what they do well. this should be much easier to accomplish once they spinoff (or whatever in the heck they end up doing) OA. besides, that would have been my initial reaction until i really did some research. greg
