read the lawsuit, it is about Ultra as well as the interlocking bod members, UP is accused of selling Arrowheads interests without having them and damaging Arrowhead, then the interlocking bod members ie Jarvis and Hislop fired Laird and killed his deal to scuttle AOW to benefit UP and ultimately RIS which they have a much bigger interest in than AOW. but please read it for yourselves,I'm only passing on what I hear,
