Upgrade Monday September 13, 10:40 am Eastern Time RESEARCH ALERT - EMC raised to buy NEW YORK, Sept 13 (Reuters) - Banc of America Securities analyst Pau Fox upgraded EMC Corp. (NYSE:EMC - news), the No. 1 maker of data storage for large computer systems, to a buy rating from market performer. -- No details were immediately available. -- By mid-morning, shares were trading up $1 at $69-1/8 on the New York Stock Exchange, marking a new intra-day high.
