GEEK is paying approximately $765 for each of the PDQ.net subscribers. As of Friday's close, each of GEEK's 100,000 subscribers was being valued at $913. While this transaction does not appear to add any short term incremental value, the regional nature of the acquisition will make GEEK a more attractive acquisition candidate long term. JMHO.
