ISPYOIL, Apparently the liability, if legal findings are
of a conspiring to commit fraud, will include personal assets of individuals and companies involved. Since the
companies that could ultimately be involved--check which
board of directors shares membership with other boards of
directors--have very sizable assets, the amount of monies
involved have lots of zeros.
Apparently the Canadian accounting firm KPMG does the auditing for UP, AOW, and I believe RIS. Since they
are now looking into things it could get real interesting.
Stayed tuned,
Lew
