When I printed out a confirmation of the order, it had Win98 Special* Edition* printed across the top of the page. I guess I'll find out...either in 4-6days...or 4-6 weeks... order4.microsoft.upgrade.com At this site, it also says that the upgrade is $109, if you have Win95 or 3.1... microsoft.com JCC
