I don't see how. Their risk management is not hampered by restricted stock. The warrants are only good if they are in the money, and there are no assurances. Just ask the folks that were in the financing at $9 a couple of years ago how they felt.

That's what some of this money is going toward, presumably. Manhattan announced TG1 feasibility two press releases ago. The Canaccord report mentions that the company's goal is to have feasibility on TG1 -and- TG3 by June 2000.
