You are right that there is some incremental value being added, though the price per subscriber is a bit high. The going rate for subscribers in private transactions is $250-$350. PDQ.net is being accorded a "public" valuation because GEEK is bulking up. I am sure that there will be some cost savings from the elimination of redundant functions. Regards.
