Dear Richard : Any reason you can think of where by the common stock of an issue is holding ground while the preferred issue is down sharply. Such is the case today with GLB-A and WDN-S. I had been looking to buy the GLB-A when it approached 16 1/2 which it did today (dividend coming up e.o.month) so I bought this morning.
