ING Barnings downgrades to a SELL from HOLD! OUCH... INCY with conference call on Bloomberg... plan to continue to litigate validity of AFFX's patents and INCY non-infringment... court date set for Sept. 2000 in S.F. Unlikey anything happens till Feb. when the scope of AFFX's patents are being addressed by claim interpretation hearing. Also held out the chance that certain things short of trial could bring whole thing to a close. DAK
