Bob, I like Europe and Northern Africa the most right now. My Asian and Southern Africa CEFs have roared up in price and I've punted all besides Pakistan. My favorites are Swiss Helvetia, Germany and New Germany, The Europe Fund, F&C Middle East, Morgan Stanley Africa, Austria, and Portugal. I haven't liked Latin America since I sold my LDF. I am looking for those who will benefit from a weak dollar and, some like Northern Africa, where the turnaround has not been noticed. Canada may also be attractive and I'm looking close.
