Actually, for companies with strong IP, no sales and the need for capital, this is exactly why they do reverses - because it is a much cheaper access to capital. a lot of these types of companies will eventually fold. due diligence hopefully separates the chaff.

this is clearly a high risk venture type investment.

If there are in fact cloudy patent issues, this is a concern. Even if they would win a patent dispute (are there any?), they probably don't have the cash to litigate. Any further details along these lines would be of interest.

Inevitable with BB stocks. Slime invariably get involved. And it's even more common for canadian slime to get involved with canadian stocks.
