World Class Casinos Signs Deal to Offer Internet Gaming

LAS VEGAS, April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- World Class Casinos, Inc., with offices in Nevada and
California, today announced its intention to operate an online casino and sports betting operation,
through a licensing arrangement with World Wide Web Casinos, Inc., for a turn-key Internet casino.
The Internet casino will be known as Hollywood Casino and will operate from the Caribbean island
of Grenada.

World Class Casinos is headed by John Rendulic, a seasoned casino gaming executive. Mr.
Rendulic's recent affiliations include Fantasy Springs Casino, where he was instrumental in bringing
the casino from $25M to $120M in annual gross. In addition, Mr. Rendulic, who holds a California
Horse Racing License, recently ran Shalimar Satellite Wagering for off-track betting, as its General
Manager.

According to Mr. Rendulic, "The big winners in this new gaming medium of the Internet will
obviously be companies that offer the greatest entertainment value, which our deal with World Wide
Web Casinos enables us to do. But more than that, the dominant companies will be those that are
accustomed to operating and prepared to function in a regulated environment, since we believe that's
what the future holds for Internet wagering. Companies intending to operate outside of the law will
soon go the way of bootleggers, in the days after prohibition. World Class Casinos will aggressively
pursue any and all licensing necessary to prosper in this exciting worldwide market."
