I don't think they released any info on the details.. For instance what number of shares do current holders get? Estimate on Market value of IPO? Share price? Number of shares offered. We're a long way till fully understanding how to convert this to a price for curren COMS stock. This makes today's price movement based on restrained optimism that things will good for COMS holders. I'd appreciate it if anyone has any details on the above.. Tim
