Intelligence is learned, a person with genetically superior capacity for intelligence still must learn first, and the person who tries the hardest will learn the most (unless truly genetically dumb, which I have witnessed). A genetically intelligent person may not have to work hard to excel, and will excel beyond any like-motivated person of lesser capacity, BUT does that mean that they are going to be produced by 2 intelligent people, or can they come from anyone? (This was in response to a survival of the fittest posting, btw.)
