I just talked to another guy who was more authoritative and didn't have to look anything up. He says there is no such thing as "special edition" and if you see it, they just have the name wrong. He says you can get from a reseller: 98 Second Edition Full Version for around $209 98 Second Edition Upgrade for around $90-100 And you can get from MS: 98 Update for 19.95 + shipping (which won't help you unless you already have win98 original version) There's also a Win98 Service Release that you can get from MS for $5 plus shipping. w
