Still no sale of the Porn Division as promised on Aug. 23. Nine days until their 30 day estimate to document the sale. The company has been openly talking about selling the division since May, so if anyone should be worried about deadlines slipping by its you.

BTW, the police have always maintained that charges would take at least a month to six weeks to materialize due to the vast amounts of information confiscated.

In terms of statute of limitations, I believe that the term is 5 years for criminal proceedings but I might very well be wrong on that count.
