I just became a Citrix reseller. For the conference, you did not have to be a reseller. All you had to do was pay the conference fee.

I've seen the Microsoft and Win2000 FAQ on the Citrix website. It's very "thin" on details. For example, what happens in 2002 when the Citrix and Microsoft deal terminates? Citrix needs Microsoft (ie. Metaframe only runs on Terminal Server or Win2000 Server)

There was a lot of discussion on ASPs. Looks like Citrix wants to be the dominate player in that market.
