I In January 1998, the Company (TMOT) agreed to issue an additional 60,000 to an industry publications (ZSUN subsidairy) company as part of an agreement whereby
the Company would receive publishing and advertising services. As part of the consideration for this transaction for publishing and advertising services, the ompany provided the publishing company with $125,000 of Titan motorcycles in
calendar year 1997 and will provide the publishing company with an additional $125,000 of Titan motorcycles in December 1998.

I sure do hope that your SEC filings (when and if they come) disclose the cross holdings and asset exchange for services that Mr. Cragun has orchestrated between the two companies, upon information and belief, that he controls.
