Kop-Coat Launches Napier's Anti-Fouling Paint Remover

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier International Technologies
Inc. (NIR.TSE) is pleased to report that it has signed a marketing
and distribution agreement with Kop-Coat Inc. for the pleasure
craft marine industry in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the
Caribbean.

The Marine Group of Kop-Coat (www.kop-coat.com) manufactures and
markets a complete line of high performance coatings for the
domestic pleasure marine industry with leading brands Pettit,
Woolsey, and Z*Spar.

Kop-Coat is part of the RPM Inc. family of companies

serving both industry and consumers with products that often
command the number one position in the marketplaces that they
serve. The company's products are sold in more than 130

Kop-Coat launched Napier's anti-fouling paint removers at the
Imtec Boat Show on the 18th of August 1999 in Orlando, Florida.
The product was well received and has led to the initial order of
80 - 55 US gallon drums of product, which has already been
shipped. This will provide product for their New Jersey packaging
plant only. Kop-Coat has an additional plant in California, where
Napier's product will also be repackaged in 5 US gallon containers
and sold to boatyards and marinas throughout their territory.

Napier continues a steady growth and will continue to expand its
product line through reps, distributors, and joint ventures on a
