Tim, You're a guy whose advice I listen to. In this case I disagree that COMS won't move rapidly up. Since it carries almost no downside risk and CS does if the acquisition fails to happen, I like my way better in this case. Increased my CS position though, since I also think it will happen. Luck to us both. Bill
