ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 1999--Harbinger Corporation (NASDAQ:HRBC.O), a worldwide supplier of business-to-business Electronic Commerce software, services and solutions, and IBM (NYSE: IBM.N) today announced a worldwide agreement. Under the contract, IBM will market and support E-Commerce end-user software products developed by Harbinger for translation and mapping. The agreement will focus on the Harbinger TrustedLink(TM) software suite for IBM AS/400, UNIX and NT platforms, with future access to additional E-Commerce enabling technologies from Harbinger. IBM Global Services initially plans to market TrustedLink software to North American and European customers, and intends to offer it to Latin American and Asia/Pacific customers in the future.
