Frontline Communications Corporation Announces National Expansion of Access Services
PEARL RIVER, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 1999--Frontline Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FCCN - news) announced today that it has today it has completed the process necessary to launch its' access services Nationally, and has signed an agreement which provides Frontline with an additional 660 points of presence in the U.S. and Canada. The announcement was made by Frontline CEO and President, Stephen J. Cole-Hatchard, who stated, ``The ability to offer our access services Nationwide completes our short term goal of offering internet access, development and presence to small and medium sized businesses across the Country. In addition, our new National access capabilities will allow us to continue offering basic and high speed services to our existing and acquired customers wherever they may be located, allowing us to continue to implement our acquisition and traditional growth plans more effectively.'

During 1999, Frontline closed several acquisitions in the Northeast area of the U.S., increasing its' access customer base to almost 15,000.
