Greetings and welcome aboard: I went back in the posts and found the answers to a lot of your questions. Since I've got to get to work, I'll pass the posts along. Hope they help, and if any other questions crop up, we'll answer them if we can: 1. Number of shares: about 10 million, assuming the Biotrack acquisition was completed by private placement. Please see post #49. 2. How Biotrack and Stat-K work: #108. 3. Stock 4 Tomorrow. Alas, yes, but I don't believe there's been an update since last fall. Things have changed quite a bit. 4. Reason for price drop. See question #3. Gets 'em every time. Actually, there was a huge short play that drove the price down. Some of it was cleared up in January, when the price jumped to .75. But its settled back down on no news. I'll stick with my prediction of $3 by the end of 1998 -- which would be a 10-bagger from here. Not the sort of time frame Stocks 4 Tomorrow gives, but I'm patient -- been on board with PDTI since 1994. Hope these help. Good trading, Chick in NC
