John,,Pinellas County Florida was/is one of the fastest growing areas in the USA..I have lived in Pinellas County for almost 30 years and have watch the population, construction, industries grow by leaps and bounds. Property in my area is getting more expensive all the time.

However,,,I'm not sure where Melborne is (I've heard of it) but here again this State is growning fast now out in areas away from me and Melborne may be one of them..If Melborne is near one of the bigger cities like Gainsville, Sarasota, Palm Beach,,I'm sure the values of the property have appreciated..If Melborne is near the water (west or east coast) that also will increase property value..People are moving into Florida in groves because of the climate and all things people like to do. Boating, Fishing, Sports, Restaurants, and on and on I could go. Real Estate in Florida will continue attract people and grow.

I'm going give PGST a buzz today also,,as I've said before once this technology takes off I think we will have a winner. But until things really get swinging we will encounter the MM's, shorters, traders, etc as we do with all these BB stocks..Catch you later.

I've heard of Melborne many times,,but I'm still waking up and not really sure who I am yet...Another cup will snap me out of it and I'll be awake. Catch you later.
