Your on the money Bill. It's all about the dems and the teachers unions retaining power by maintaining control of OUR money while limiting our choices.

National polls have consistently shown the majority of Americans want to be able to send their children to better schools and ones that they choose. They are also in favor of the voucher system when they understand what it is and the freedoms of choice it would restore them as individuals.

This whole debate has been demogoged to death.
