Tony, There was really nothing new in the new rating. The media blew it up to more than it was. ML's networking group used to use 2-1 ratings to avoid some of the redtape associated with 1-1 ratings, but if you read between the lines, you always knew that a Cisco 2-1 was a top rating. In my opinion, this was a call generated by ML's marketing folks. BTW, Cisco is and has been a big client of ML's for years. For some more background check out my site restex.com.
