I am also hoping that all works out well. BUT, it's possible to do some tax-loss planning (taken against other gains) but it's GREATLY affected by the basis.

The more I look at it, the less there is to worry about given the basis for these shares will have to be less than what I paid for those shares.

Also, as previously posted (but I hadn't seen it), the NASD has added an "E" to companies around BNEZ but NOT BNEZ. There is a BNZE. Here' the link:
