Smart move Ausdauer. ; )

As for tomorrow, SMOD will trade up closer to indicated take out value based on SLR share price. Because there are no apparent DOJ issues to block the deal, the discount to take out price should be narrower. My guess would be, based on SLR's closing price, around 36-37 (.51* SLR closing price is about $39 but the SMOD shares will trade at a discount to the take out until we get closer to the closing). But, SLR gave strong forward guidance after the close during the CC for its earnings report. On top of that, the deal is expected to be about 9 cents accretive immediately. SLR could trade up tomorrow. That would drive my guess for SMOD up as well. Look for anywhere from 35 - 40.

Going forward, SLR is a fine company with good management in a fast growing market. It is the largest of the top tier ECM firms. It is a blue chip company. You could do much worse than hold onto it. Congratulations on a nice buy.
